As a journalist, Tripp has written extensively<\/strong> about real estate, personal finance, small business and entrepreneurship for The Wall Street Journal<\/i>, the New York Daily News<\/i> where he had his own real estate column from 2012 until 2013, Crain\u2019s New York<\/i> Business<\/i>, BrickUnderground.com<\/i> and Bisnow Commercial Real Estate News<\/i>, and Luxury Listings NYC<\/i>.\u00a0 <\/span>In 2021, he collaborated with New York real estate developer, philanthropist, and former Metropolitan Transit Authority Chairman H. Dale Hemmerdinger on his memoir Rowing into the Wind<\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n
